Thanks!![/quote] It was when I did it, made a huge difference as well, I put a tort guard on a white SUB and the whole bass looked about 20 years older and £500 more expensive. Those SUB guards are amusing aren't they C Quote
rohan Posted June 8, 2009 Author Posted June 8, 2009 Haha yes very ... amusing ^_^ Thanks good news, Thanks Beedster. Also, has anyone tried a gloss pickguard on a matte finish body? If so any chance you could post a pic? Cheers! Quote
ezbass Posted June 8, 2009 Posted June 8, 2009 (edited) My white SUB is also currently fitted with a tort p/g. I immediately replaced the faux metal thing with a plain black one. Neither p/g gave any problems when fitting. Here's some pics of both You'll notice that the tort version no longer has frets or dots. Edited June 8, 2009 by ezbass Quote
mhuk Posted June 8, 2009 Posted June 8, 2009 I've got a matt blue one with a blue/white gloss torte pickguard if you need a photo? Quote
