richardcoughlan
Hi Guys Im taking a little Markbass combo (mini 121P) on tour in a couple of weeks and want to find some way of protecting it as it gets thrown around at the airport Just wondering if anyone knows of anywhere decent to get a flight case made up for it? Or anyother ingenious solutions to protecting it Thanks Rich
alexclaber
Cardboard box and lots of bubble wrap or expanded polystyrene? A good ATA flightcase will cost a lot and add a load of weight (and thus cost when checking your luggage). Alex
MB1
MB1. Would have said Buster Cases but just realised your nowhere near Manchester!..... The Flightcase Warehouse may be worth a look!....theyre nearer to you!...me thinks!.
alexclaber
Just had a thought! If it'll fit in one of the custom shipping cartons I have for my cabs I could sort you out with one of them plus the polystyrene corners I use (1" or 2" thick). david_l_perry
Another vote for Flightcase Warehouse. Fairly well priced and quick turnaroud. Had lots of cases off them in the past for PA related bits n bobs... Dave Edited June 12, 2009 by david_l_perry
