Do you know if it will fit on the new Fender basses?

I would say, pretty much without hesitation, that any BadAss bridge would fit any Fender Jazz or Precision, so long as it has a standard five hole fixing. Which is pretty much every Jazz and Precision.

I'm asking because the bridge on the new Fenders has only three holes and I'm not sure it will fit.

It won't match the screw holes on a new Fender - you need a Badas III for that, like this one http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-BADASS-III-3-Bass-...614161001r23801

You need the BadAss III, I kid you not. :)
BadAss II will not straight fit new Fenders.

Indeed it has, it's now happily sat on Squier VMJ.
