Leowasright
Enclosed are pics of Fook You, Fook me and now Fook me again....... I had slimmed down to two, but I had a moment of weakness. The two black pickguarded ones were the two I'd settled on for gigs, and I got rid of the USA S-1 i had and a Mex. But now I have a the tort one as well.....hmm. The bottom one has US/Jap reissue pickups, the middle has US standard pickups and the latest has USA original ones as per the Geddy Lee model. One happy bass player, and one less happy wife.... Now for that gold top Les Paul.....
LeftyJ
Lovely! I don't like the tortoise guard though, I would replace that with a prettier tort (darker and with a less 'painted on' look) or another black 3-ply. But otherwise, nice collection! I bought a MIJ '75 Jazz reissue last March, and I love it. They're incredibly well-made instruments and they play and sound amazing.
Bernmeister
Mmmmm loving them jazzes, yes i'm indeed droolin', i've a thing for sunburst fender shaped basses. Although i agree with Lefty J on the tort guard comment i wouldn't say no if it has handed to me. Right, i'm off to drool somemore
budget bassist
nice one, black on sunburst will always look better than tort, and that's a fact love the burst on the middle one

The tort is alder.

karlfer
Thanks YouMa. Thought long and hard, and grateful for the offer, but a burst of realism tells me I need the cash for the vatman. Many many thanks anyway (I'm just glad you didnt mention the colour) Cheers, Karl.
