Unsubscribing from a topic

How do I do it? I subscribed to a forum and I'm fed up of deleting all the emails daily. How do I unsubscribe?

You go into My Controls (in the menu at the top) and then there's a Subscriptions section in the menu at the left. The topics/forums you are subscribed to should be listed there.
