krzysztof Posted June 26, 2009 Posted June 26, 2009 Hi guys, I was in a store the other week and picked up a Yamaha trb1005 right handed (I'm left handed) just to see how it played and sounded - and I must say I loved it!!! Here's the catch-I'm left handed. I've been searching a few places but can't seem to find any. I looking for a LEFT HANDED Yamaha TRB1006. Does anybody know if these are still available from Yamaha and where abouts I could get one? If not, then I would really appreciate it if anyone could suggest any other LEFT HANDED, WIDE STRING SPACING, 6 String basses within the similair price range; E.g MTD Kingston Z6(how would it compare tonewise/playwise?) Thanks in advance K Quote
charic Posted June 26, 2009 Posted June 26, 2009 I have to say the TRB1006 is an amazing instrument. Cant say ive seen a left hander though. Sorry Quote
LeftyJ Posted June 26, 2009 Posted June 26, 2009 There has never been a lefty 6-string by Yamaha. In the TRB-series, only the TRB5, TRB5II and TRB1005 have been produced lefthanded for as far as I know. Quote
