wildman Posted September 4, 2007 Posted September 4, 2007 Hi, Looking for a portable recording device for recording live shows - nothing complex, stereo mikes only with subsequent transferring to CD. Been looking at the "new" Boss Microstudio and the Zoom H4. Anyone got any thoughts or strong view on either product, or indeed whether there are any other recommendations. Cheers, John Quote
carlosfandango Posted September 4, 2007 Posted September 4, 2007 I use the Micro BR with a Sony stereo mic....fantastic. Records in MP3 of WAW format and it's dead easy to hook up to PC and transfer files and put on CD etc. On top ov that it's a 4 track portastudio, tuner, rythm machine, fx unit, trainer (you can lsow down tunes), MP3 player....the swiss army knife of the modern musician!
