Audere for DJ4

Hi,

Can an Audere JZ3 pre-amp be retro fitted to a DJ4 or does it need to be modified like the j-retro?

I cant tell you about the dj4 cavity, but the audere needs 1.2" deep 1.1" wide, and 4.8" long ... sorry for imperial but I just got the dimensions off the paperwork that came with mine.
