deksawyer Posted June 30, 2009 Author Posted June 30, 2009 Well, you should be able to recognise that red carpet (although it looks cleaner than I think it normally looks!). D. Quote

deksawyer Posted September 13, 2009 Author Posted September 13, 2009 (edited) A bit more of an update from Alan earlier this week; A very nice piece of Wenge there on the rear. I'm getting very exited!! Cheers D. Edited September 13, 2009 by deksawyer Quote

deksawyer Posted November 9, 2009 Author Posted November 9, 2009 More pics. There's a possibility, if Alan hasn't already cut the fingerboard to size, of the bass having a zero fret. Any thoughts?? D. Quote
steve Posted November 9, 2009 Posted November 9, 2009 excellent stuff, these updates from the icy north ace aren't they - I must do my build thread too. Quote
deksawyer Posted November 9, 2009 Author Posted November 9, 2009 Icy North - tell me about it, it's freezing here. D. Quote
deksawyer Posted April 1, 2010 Author Posted April 1, 2010 (edited) Latest update - Some progress on the neck. Binding done and board glued to the neck. Headstock shaped and tuners sorted out. Next radius the board fret and side dots then into the body. I hope the next update is less than 5 months from now like this one was, as it's tough waiting and seeing other peoples builds progress. I try to keep it at the back of my mind but it's going to be so good....... D. Edited April 1, 2010 by deksawyer Quote
Bassmonster Posted April 2, 2010 Posted April 2, 2010 Looks good, always good to see another lefty brought into life Quote

deksawyer Posted April 24, 2010 Author Posted April 24, 2010 (edited) More nice progress. I'm really loving it.......the Moffat Bass Bash is officially cancelled as Allan has decided to finish my bass (it's not true, c'mon!). D. Edited May 1, 2010 by deksawyer Quote
