The only mod was to change the scratchplate from white to black. I was, until I got my Trace Elliot on Saturday, very happy with it. Now I think I'd like a bit more oomph in the pickup department. Suggestions welcome. [attachment=28095:100_0302.JPG] The black one is one I made myself from bits sourced from the net when I decided to get back into playing about 5 years ago after a nearly 20 year break. I was one happy bunny when it was finished and it all worked. Mighty Mite maple body (was cream now sparkly Honda Nighthawk Black), NOS maple Jazz neck from the early 90s (much more tinted than in the photo) that's probably a licenced Allparts item, Badass II, Dimarzio P, heavy duty Schaller tuners and a cracked cheapo mirror plate. I just need a glowing green scratchplate as it weighs nearly as much as the Trace Elliot. Sounds great though. Very 70s. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
