Hi All,
After a bit of advice. My Trace Elliot AH300SMX keeps emitting a killer buzz ( Really loud ) Whenever any other amp/ Pa is turned on in the same room. I have took it to be serviced and they gave it a clean bill of health. but the problem still occurs. I have tried my two basses with and and changed all leads. I'm cleaned up the earthing point inside the amp and am at a bit off a loss what to try next. Any help would be gratefully appreciated as my misses has said NO to a new amp!!
Cheers
Fletch
( Also the only way to stop the buzz is to hit the amp hard on the top, this always looks professional when your frontman has to do this in the middle of a song NOT )
Thanks

If a hit is the cure, then its likely to be a dry joint somewhere. A visual check should locate it.

Get the service bloke to check again.
