jon_kemo Posted July 7, 2009 Posted July 7, 2009 (edited) Up for sale here is a Cort GB74 bass in Open Pore Natural. Only selling as it's not getting the use it deserves as I have another bass with the same pickup configuration. I bought this from new around 2 years ago and it's in great condition due to mainly home use. It is a great bass for the money with one of the most comfortable necks I've tried. The following are taken from the Cort site. Bolt-on 22 fret neck Swamp Ash Body "C" shape maple neck and fingerboard Hipshot Licensed Tuners Mighty Mite Alnico J and MM Pickups with a Fishman 2 band preamp Push-pull volume pot for Active/Passive operation 3 Way Mini Toggle Switch for the MM pickup Up : Front Coil Middle : Bridge(Full) Down : Rear Coil Locking jack socket Slap switch for a mid scooped sound Am looking for £200 delivered for the bass but would be willing to meet half way within reason. Please PM with any questions! Cheers, Jon Edited August 17, 2009 by jon_kemo
BassBunny Posted July 9, 2009 Posted July 9, 2009 If that was a 5 String, I would be all over it like a rash. Probably the most underrated Bass on the Market. Cort build Lakland Skylines, G&L Tributes and some Fenders and Ibanez. Stonking value for money and excellent build quality. Good luck with the sale. Someone will be very, very happy if they buy this.
TDM Posted July 21, 2009 Posted July 21, 2009 Hey, Do you know where the bass was made? Are Corts still Korean?
