Deep Thought Posted July 11, 2009 Posted July 11, 2009 Welcome Bill-I doubt I'm the only one here, but I was in your neck of the woods a few years ago-was planning to go to Daytona, but after a long day at Kennedy we were too knackered. Loved Florida-hoping to go again soon-maybe I'll make it then. Quote
Telebass Posted July 11, 2009 Posted July 11, 2009 What Deep Thought said, but in 1992! We did get to Daytona, though! Also 56, playing for longer than I care to think about, but resolutely stuck on Precisions! Markbass, though? The way to go. Great amps. Quote
billbern Posted July 11, 2009 Author Posted July 11, 2009 (edited) Thanks for the warm welcome. Central Florida has Disney, the Speedway, the Space Center AND Bass Central...all the needs in life LOL Originally from Cleveland, Ohio. Loved the city but tired of the weather, been in sunny Fl since '87 I was lucky enough to have a Fender Pbass as my first bass in '66, loved that thing. I've had a couple, but currently don't have one. Although a P/J 5 is a major gas producer 0:) Bill Edited July 11, 2009 by billbern Quote
