ape
I was just wondering if there is a show for guitars, bass's, drums etc in the UK a bit like the NAMM one as I believe thats held in America.
EBS_freak
There are shows... But nothing like namm. You are better off going to frankfurt musikmesse. That's the closest equivalent.
RussFM
Music Live is alright for a day out, but there's not a great deal of bass stuff.
ape
I've just had a look and stumbled across Bass Day 2009 in Manchester which looks good, think I'm going to go anyone else going? lol. Not sure if I should start this as a new toppic.
Musky
You should hang on until the next BC Bass Bash. You'll find far more interesting bass stuff there than at a trade show.

Unfortunately we haven't had one this year ( or the second one last year) which is a shame as they are a fantastic get together. More regional bashes have been put together as well and they are always a succcess. I'm sure this is down to the flippin great crowd we have here on BassChat. I am really looking forward to another one and it really is the only place to see, hear and try out gear you can only dream of seeing in your local music shop. There should be some bass bash pictures on BassChat somewhere! (Please.. none of me thanks...)
