xilddx
This is a music shop where you do see a lot of kids trying things out. The owner is a really nice bloke. Their stock is entry level to mid price generally, although they sometimes get higher end instruments in there. I rarely go in because I usually buy off the web. I had to go in today to see if I could grab a cardboard box for a bass to ship my Kopo. I asked if he had one I could buy off him, he flatly refused to take any money off me, and got his mate to get me a sturdy Yamaha box. Absolute star! Then he went back to a little girl who was trying a drum set in shop and making a hell of a racket, but playing in time and following sheet music. He's brilliant with the kids in there, every time I have been in there he's showing kids stuff and letting them have a play. Brilliant! They've got a lovely looking Squier VMJ in there, natural, maple board with black binding and block inlays. I really fancied it £279. Anyway, I just wanted to big them up. Happy Jack
Extraordinary! Barely two miles from me, they've been there for three years, and I've never even heard of 'em. I'll check them out.
xilddx
They're easy to miss! Small shop, pink logo. They're near that dog leg bend opposite St Mary's church on South Ealing Road.
