SVT II Pro

What do people think, is this worth a punt?
Are they being made in Korea now, how reliable will it be and should I just replace all the valves if I get one?

Blimey!!

Well, its got a three year Thomann warranty so thats pretty handy.
Despite fears about the move to Korea I haven't actually heard any horror stories.

I would get an old US one for that money. Older the better with Ampeg I guess. imo.

Jmesa, I tried a Mesa 400+ years ago but ended up getting an SVT II, have you a/b ed them?

Nah never A/B'd just used them on separate occasions..
I find Ampeg stuff a lot more 'coloured' and less accurate than Boogie, but thats just my preference.
