thepurpleblob Posted July 27, 2009 Posted July 27, 2009 The above has been suggested but it doesn't lend itself to a 4 piece guitar band (no keyboards) too well. Anybody play this and have any arrangements / thoughts? Quote

RAY AGAINST THE MACHINE Posted July 27, 2009 Posted July 27, 2009 We do it in our band . csharp /dsharp/f/fsharp/gsharp I think. In the quiet section we play the theme from Shaft for a few bars ... Quote
RhysP Posted July 27, 2009 Posted July 27, 2009 See if you can find the original version by Bruce Woolley & the Camera Club, there's a lot more guitar in it (it's more sort of XTC-ish). It's on the album "English Garden". Quote
NancyJohnson Posted July 27, 2009 Posted July 27, 2009 I had English Garden on vinyl and CD. God knows where it went. Five star album. (It also features a very young Thomas Dolby, whose music I also absolutely love). Quote
steve-soar Posted July 27, 2009 Posted July 27, 2009 I scare myself, just thinking about Tom Dolby. Quote
