JohnnyLightyear Posted July 30, 2009 Posted July 30, 2009 The Lightyears, a band I play with a fair bit, have just been booked to play on the pitch at Wembley stadium before kick off for the Guiness Premiership Rugby match between Saracens and Northampton Saints. I've played before games at a couple of stadiums before, at London Road in Peterborough but this is going to be a step up! Apparently Diversity (the Susan Boyle beating dance act) are going to be doing their thing pre kick off too. Tickets are £10/£5 for under 16s if anyone fancies a day out. Quote

skankdelvar Posted July 30, 2009 Posted July 30, 2009 Congratulations, Sir. Nice work and hope it goes swimmingly. BTW, watch out for those dancers. Nasty bastards, dancers. Have your eye out. Quote
JohnnyLightyear Posted July 31, 2009 Author Posted July 31, 2009 Cheers guys, it will be a cracker indeed, and I'll certainly be taking my camera along! Quote
