steve-soar
I saw them at Manchester Poly on the Vivid tour. They were brutal. Ended up missing our last train home to Liverpool and had to sleep in a cardboard box in some care park, happy days.

Don't know where it is now, though! Its not actually hard to play at all but its just a lovely solo. Like Jaco's melodic theme in 'A Remark You Made'; perfectly simple and simply perfect. Beer of the Bass
For electric solos, I think this is my favourite. It makes me grin from ear to ear each time: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Loy55z4GpA...feature=related Edited August 3, 2009 by Beer of the Bass
Stag
Cliff Burton's stuff is so much fun becuase of the overdrive and wah, id probably have to go with that lovely part in Orion, or most parts of Anaethesia... Dune Tune is a good call as well, remember learning bits of that with my old tutor years ago. Happy days

chrisba
The one in Kirsty MacColl's My Affair . I can't remember who played it, I did find out but as it wasn't anybody I'd ever heard of, I promptly forgot it.
