bassace
I'd like to try to get there to see some of the stuff, particularly Alex's speakers. If for any reason Jakesbass can't make it I'll definitely bring a double bass for anyone to have a try on. sdgrsr400
Just as a matter of interest, how do you manage powering all those amps at the venue? If you fired up all of them you'd surely blow a few fuses?
JackLondon
My drummer has expressed some interest in coming around and he said that if he can bagsy a lift he would bring his drums and can jam out with people, he's one of the LOUD drummers so would be a good show of skills of Alex's Barefaced range for all the people that are still in doubt

silverfoxnik
Hi Folks There's been a few people mentioning bringing drummers & kits along which is great.. But although it's a big venue, we will need to make sure that any plans to have drums/drummers on the day are carefully worked out, otherwise, i think it could get a bit out of hand. So I'll draw up a list of people who've either offered to bring or have mentioned drummers so that we can work out how it could work beforehand.. And I'll PM everyone on the list directly - does that sound OK? Cheers Nik

JackLondon
ped- will you bring your line 6 with you ? I would like to A/B it with my Boss if that's ok as I think it might have a better use for me than boss has
ped
Hi Jack, I am afraid I no longer use a Line 6, I have the Roland Vbass instead now. I am sure someone will bring a pod though. Having said that, they are difficult units to 'audition' in that environment. You need a lot of time with them to get the settings nailed. Still fun though Cheers ped

Stylon Pilson
I will be there too. Will bring £10, a Hartke LH500 and a Barefaced Compact. And probably a fretless Aria Sinsonido, as it is the bass in my collection that is least likely to make other bass players yawn. S.P.
