He didn't realise I'm a regular user of this forum . Cheers Ray Edited August 1, 2009 by RAY AGAINST THE MACHINE
whynot Posted August 1, 2009 Posted August 1, 2009 This is spooky. I had a very basic left handed fretless made by Andy's about 28 years ago, and it looked just like that before the marks. Paid £300 for it IIRC. Used it for a couple of tours, album recording then sold on a couple of years later.

I think he definately got it mid'80s anyhow. I wonder........
whynot Posted August 1, 2009 Posted August 1, 2009 Got to be the same one. I just found an old picture of it and looks near identical from what I can make out.
RAY AGAINST THE MACHINE Posted August 2, 2009 Author Posted August 2, 2009 Wow! (again) I'll let him know
a-clark Posted August 3, 2009 Posted August 3, 2009 Hey Whynot, Guy selling the fretless here. I picked this up for just over a hundred quid in a shop in Denmark Street in the late 80s. It did have a brass Bad Ass bridge on it but that got cannibalized for my Jazz bass. It's got a great sound for a beat up old bass. Fancy putting in a bid? Go for the tearful reunion? Regards, Andy
