Yamaha BB1100S with Seymour Duncan bass lines

Hi all,

I am looking to upgrade to a Music Man Sterling and have this bass guitar that I am currently using.

It is an active / passive 3 band EQ Yamaha BB1100s Japanese made.
It has Seymour Duncan Bass Lines pickups (they work as both active and passive)
It is in great condition. I would say 8.5 / 10. No serious dings or scratches.
Very playable and does sound pretty nice. Although I have not played a lot of basses so can not really compare.
It gets great reviews and seems to be sought after by some people.

Anyone has an idea of what this guitar is worth?
Anyone wants to swap for a musicman with me paying the difference?
