BarnacleBob Posted August 7, 2009 Posted August 7, 2009 That is really, really nice. No reserve either. I hope the guy gets a fair price eventually for it but nothing would surprise me on eBay these days BB Quote
BassBod Posted August 7, 2009 Posted August 7, 2009 I played a very similar bass (fretless Kestrel with 2 Kent Armstrongs) a few years ago that had an accident..and a complete headstock re-build by Hugh Manson. Was completely sound and a good repair, but if this is the one, it should be disclosed. Obviously may not be the same bass, but there can't be too many of these around? Quote
JanSpeeltBas Posted August 7, 2009 Posted August 7, 2009 amazing bass...considered one of these in the 80s but eventually went for a plain Fender - curious for how much it'll go... Quote
BarnacleBob Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 I am so close to doing something stupid about this one at this point (one hour to go) BB Quote

BarnacleBob Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 Luckily got distracted with domestic issues! I just sold a cracking fretless last week so it would have been crazy to buy this. Now if it had been fretted...... BB £511 not bad! Quote
