TDM Posted August 8, 2009 Posted August 8, 2009 I can't stop watching this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nQVpITyOdc8...feature=related I don't know if it's the crabwalking, the jogging-on-the-spot moshing, the vocoder, the cheesy piano parts, the dance remix at the end or the fact that all the guys look like clones. These guys have become quite an internet phenomenon, purely because of how bizzare they are. Quote
MacDaddy Posted August 8, 2009 Posted August 8, 2009 they need longer hair to do all that headbanging Quote
Buzz Posted August 8, 2009 Posted August 8, 2009 (edited) Ahaha, I love the faux-techno breakdown in that, that's brilliant. Personally, I think they should ditch the screamo lead singer and give the guitarist vocal duty, he didn't sound too bad. Edited August 8, 2009 by Shockwave Quote
Shockwave Posted August 8, 2009 Posted August 8, 2009 Oh you mean the autotuner, yeah give that the vocals position. The scream could actually pull out some pretty good screams for what it is. However i have criticised this band and video to death already, cant be arsed to do it anymore! Quote
RhysP Posted August 8, 2009 Posted August 8, 2009 They'll all need hip replacements by the time they're 40 if they carry on like that..... Is it meant to be serious? Quote
Randy_Marsh Posted August 8, 2009 Posted August 8, 2009
Is it meant to be serious?
amazingly enough yes they are truly terrible Quote
steve-soar Posted August 8, 2009 Posted August 8, 2009 I want to inject them all with polonium. Quote

Then they might break into the music business rather then break their own necks. Garry Quote
Musicman20 Posted August 9, 2009 Posted August 9, 2009 Mega lol... That position looks so uncomfortable....and not only that, really un-cool. Girls do not dig that sh*t. Quote

arabassist Posted August 9, 2009 Posted August 9, 2009 oh dear lord...i thought this was a parody of something...are u sure they're not all the same person? Quote
eightball Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 good god - has this music already become so diluted that we need matching outfits, haircuts and now ridiculous co-ordinated 'dances'. every other band we play with sounds and looks like this, although the 'need to pee' dance is admittedly a new for me. a step too far in the quest to be original methinks - 'attack attack. what are they like?' well, they have chuggy riffs, and err, screamy singy vocals, and um they all have tattoos and really tight jeans. 'nope, not narrowing it down there' ah, they jog on the spot and dance like they have 30 kilo gonads. 'oh them' suppose it worked then... Quote
matt_citizenbass Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 everybody watch this: http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseacti...ideoid=60474107 its the lead singer from this band and he really has no idea what the hell he's talking about! Quote
yorick Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 Can't get sound, but they look like poseable nodding Ramones dolls........ Quote
Doc B Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 Brilliant - PMSL! Really cheered me up on a Monday morning. Attack Attack seem to have been heavily influenced by The Mighty Boosh's Sammy The Crab when he had a stint as lead singer in The Horrors. BTW- It's bizarre and really annoying how American acts in R&B and now .....(hesitates before actually using the word)....'rock' acts have just caught on to the sounds of mid 1990s cheesy Euro dance and now incorporate it wherever they can. WHUFC BASS Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 Reminds me a bit of early Killswitch Engage - only a lot shittier... f*** me, they're awful. Quote

alexclaber Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 Oh dear... Why is there such a huge miss to hit rate with heavier music? Alex Quote

Vast deserts of mediocrity with just the occasional oasis of brilliance at which to slake your thirst. Quote
