This is a bit of a 'feeler' to be honest :)

My LMII is racked in a tasty black Boshma 4U case with a Korg DTR-2000 tuner above and a dbl 166XL compressor below. Photo to follow.

This gear is all mint and I have the boxes for the individual bits too. I'd prefer not to split and collection would be ideal. I'm in Kendal in the Lake District.

I've seen and tried a new head that does all the above plus what my Boss ME-20B and MXR M-80 does for me but isn't a cheap option. My DB112's (one NT) i.e. my whole rig may be available for the right offer although the new head will be fine with my Aggies I suspect. It's an immense and reasonably lightweight rig with a good pedigree.

Anyway as a start I'm looking for £700 for the Boshma and all it's contents.

It is indeed a great amp and I'm sure the cabs would be snapped up if they were up for sale.

Are you going to give us a clue as to what you're looking to replace it with, Peter? :)

As I say it's just a 'feeler' with an eye on where I want to move towards. I tried a TC Electronics RS 450 Rebelhead and was more than a little impressed for many reasons but tone being the major one.

Ooh! Nice rig! Markbass amps and DBX compressors are a great combination. I used to run a DBX 160a in my effects loop with Markbass amps to great effect. :)

Yes that's what I do. This rack includes all the cables that tie in the compressor and tuner inside the case and the power goes through one included mains board. It's just a case of putting your lead into the LMII and selecting the 2nd input for the tuner. The tuner lamp even illuminates the front panel of the LMII :)

Bump with price dropped to £650.

New this lot would cost over £1k and it's pretty mint. Sounds good too, you can come and try it, might even throw in a Yorkshire Curd Tart and a cup of coffee.
