Shops in London

Can anyone recommended any good shop in London where the staff are not so friendly/helpful and not got a face on when you ask to try a bass out

Hi mate, this is in the wrong place but let me be the first of many to recommend the Gallery in Camden. No fuss, great stock and they know their onions!

The other bass 'specialists' in London have always been rubbish when I've nipped in which is a shame so I'd only really say the above was worth a butchers.

I've NEVER been to the Gallery but will now check it out. I always like Peter Cooks in Hanwell but it's a real trek on the tube. I think we had the same question / thread earlier this week.
