Bugbass
Anyone tried this amp?
ped
I have, at the Bass gallery in London Town. I THINK it was the carbine, not sure about the '6' bit. Unfortunately I was playing an unfamiliar bass through a Schroeder 4x10 I think so couldn't really comment - but get yourself there if you want to give it a go. Raggy
Yep, I have, at Bass Direct with my cab and bass. Mental loud and very pokey. The pre shapes made a big difference. It had a very full sound from the lows to the highs.

qvadratt
I have one as well. I use it with a Tecamp M212. It works very well. Very clear and powerful. The settings are simple and it's easy to get a nice tone.
Bugbass
yes, i own one. fantastic amp! what would you like to know?
Tell me a little how it sounds. My current setup is Mark Bass F500/TecAmp L410 and various jazzbasses. I play mostly soul/funk and blues. I`m pretty happy with my rig, but sometimes the limiters on the F500 kicks in, mostly when i slap the B-string. I kind of miss my old SWR SM900 for its headroom down low. So I`m looking for a amp with enough headroom, not very tubey sound and a quick response. So I got my eyes on the M6 and maybe M9, Shuttle 9,0 and the TC RH450 Edited October 30, 2009 by Bugbass
chris_b
If you're looking for fantastic tone, plenty of headroom, not very tubey sound and a quick response, you've just described the Thunderfunk TF750A.
