Not me Loz, I'm with you all the way. As you'd expect of course. :)

The GDP of a third world country, your soul or an internal organ will do.

Wowzer... that bass is quite something. Good luck with the sale/trade.

I've dealt with Dirk before and he is a gent to say the least so you can be sure to buy with confidence. Although for that kind of money I would fly to Belgium and hire a small security team to escort it and me back home!

That bass is simply exquisite :)

Good luck with the sale Dirk.

That really is lovely Dirk.

I'm a recent convert to the joys of Alembic ownership and this is one of the nicest I'ne ever seen.

Makes my Rogue look quite ordinary :)

Sure you don't want to sell the MK instead

I would like to try series electronics but to spend that money I would want the string spacing to be narrower a la MJ basses. I had a warwick with narrower spacing than my MK5 deluxe and it's the only detail of the warwick that I miss.
Anyway this bass deserves a bump.

The bass certainly deserves a bump - I'm a regular visitor to the thread (the bass is beautiful)

Jakesbass (not wanting to stray off topic too far) - it may be worth trying a SC or a Series II shortscale - the string spacing is very narrow (though of course, the scale length may not suit)

I just found this thread and it's doing nothing for my love of Alembic combined with the finances of a student.

It is a true work of art.

Bump.
