I've spent alot of money on parts to make it sound look like the real deal. I've now got a real Rickenbacker 4001 body coming from the States so I'm thinking sell the Tokai would help to pay for a lot of the parts i'm going to need! Ok it's got a Rick bridge( after market) fitted to it a Rick pick up surround and vintage Rick pups so i'm led to believe.. I say this as they do look like the pups I had on the Hondo II??? The body was routed for the bridge pup . And finally it's been re wired to Rickenbacker spec with decent pots..... it sounds very growly and is really comfy to play. I'm kinda loathed to sell it, but the money would come in handy for my real Rick body project.....
