bubinga5 Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 (edited) Love this bass but i need a tuner and a Multcomp, so its got to go.. This bass has been for sale before on BC so search and the previous owners may give a better description of the bass..one being PTP Ash body Flame Maple top matching headstock Zero fret 3 piece neck active 3 way EQ Upgraded NTBM Pre Bart mark 1's 8.5 pounds weight Was going to put some Nordy's in it but need the above more. Has got a modern tone, bloody awesome for slap, not saying this for the sale but its a fantastic bass for the money im asking..the stock pups are good but put some hot soaps in this and it will smoke. Ive priced this to sell, unfortunately it only has a cheap gig bag so collection. or if not too far i could meet half way.. please do ask if you want more pics of the bass.. Sorry no trades £300 PS.. any Q's dont hesitate to ask.. Edited September 14, 2009 by bubinga5
Owen Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 It's a Lak 55-01 in disguise. Same scale length, same spacing, same electronics, same factory. Half the second hand price. If I had ANY need of another bass this would have been gone the second I saw the advert. If someone bought my Ritter I would probably take this on the re-bound
bubinga5 Posted August 21, 2009 Author Posted August 21, 2009 Nearly spot on Owen... just for the record its a little sharper than a 55-01,... more modern. built in the same factory though..
agoulding Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 ive always fancied one of these. shame i dont have the cash, would have had this off you. are these easy to buy or are they discontinued? ive seen them on thomann though.
bubinga5 Posted August 22, 2009 Author Posted August 22, 2009 AG im not sure, ive never seen them to buy?

flippyfloop Posted September 3, 2009 Posted September 3, 2009 Thanks for the pic's. 35in or 34in scale ?
Mike Posted September 3, 2009 Posted September 3, 2009 35" scale. Fabulous bass! Sounds really nice! and plays extraordinarily easily too!
bubinga5 Posted September 3, 2009 Author Posted September 3, 2009 yeah it really is a joy to play..doesnt feel like 35" stretch either...
