Jean-Luc Pickguard Posted August 27, 2009 Posted August 27, 2009 It'll hurt to see it go, but apparently I 'have too many basses'. Whatever that means. My lovely 1997 Shell Pink Squier Vista musicmaster bass isn't getting much use since I got my mustang, so its up on eBay. Jarhead Posted August 27, 2009 Posted August 27, 2009 I would so buy that if I had any cash. I'm forming a metal band as well, that would just be perfect lol. Zach Quote

Bassassin Posted August 27, 2009 Posted August 27, 2009 Call that a pink bass? Nah - this is a pink bass: And yes, I would. Hell yeah. Jon. Quote

I love daisyrocks - I bought one of these for myself after my daughter refused to let me borrow hers - I was surprised to win it after placing a lowball bid though. She wants to put her purple heartbreaker bass on eBay as well, but I don't think its worth doing for the meagre price they go for at the moment. Quote

Musky Posted August 27, 2009 Posted August 27, 2009 I used to have one of those in shell pink as it goes - very nice basses. I'd be tempted but I'm already having trouble explaining why I need my others to the gf. Quote

lozbass Posted August 29, 2009 Posted August 29, 2009 Just love that and may have a punt - shell pink and sonic blue are two of Fender's finest colours IMO Quote
Here's what I don't get... I'm a straight man who only wears black, likes skulls, ravens, pointy things etc. etc. So why do I love that DaisyRocks gear so much?!?!! Haven't had the balls (or lack of, so to speak) to buy any yet but I fear it's a matter of time. My first bass was pink though. Just because it was the cheapest on the bay and I figured I'd be bored of playing within a month. Quote
Bassassin Posted August 29, 2009 Posted August 29, 2009 I love these too, but have no confusion about why - I'm in no way insecure about my sexuality, plus I was In The Eighties - when Real Men wore pink. Oh yes. J. Quote

Delberthot Posted August 29, 2009 Posted August 29, 2009 Didn't Mark King have a pink Jaydee? I had a pink Precision with maple board from the same period roughly and regret selling it. Quote

And just for the record, I'm man enough to play a pink Jaydee(since I own one) Quote
