Korg CA 30 tuner

I bought this tuner and it does not seem to tune up my bass correctly I used to used

[url="http://www.tunemybass.com/"]http://www.tunemybass.com/[/url] in the past and using this I managed to do it fine, but the tuner sounds out the odd thing is when I hit E its says its E flat although when I tune all the other strings A D G its fine help...

Are you sure the string isn't tuned to E flat and you just need to tune it up to E?

Also, once you've tuned up with the korg, play the note at the fifth fret on your 'E' string: it should be the same as the open A string, then the 5th fret on the A string is D, and so on. Apologies if that's a bit basic, but I don't know where you're starting from
