Guest johnzgerman Posted September 5, 2009 Posted September 5, 2009 (edited) for sale is my grey musicman SUB 5, it is about a year old bought from musicground in manchester (it was their last one and i havent seen any 5s for sale anywhere else since), i have gigged it only once, since then it has just come along as a spare, for this reason it is still in mint condition. im sure you all know about these basses so i wont bother going into vast detail about the specs or its relation to the stingray 5. i am based in manchester, thanks for looking. Kev Posted September 8, 2009 Posted September 8, 2009 get a price for it, it will surely shift faster then I would say somewere between £350 and £500 is what your looking at.
Guest johnzgerman Posted September 8, 2009 Posted September 8, 2009 have put a price on it now if that helps anyone:)
Guest johnzgerman Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009
I would SO have this if I had the cash.
i'd keep it but i can't justify having two 5 string musicman type bases:(
Guest johnzgerman Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 and indeed it is still here.....
TRadford Posted October 11, 2009 Posted October 11, 2009 If it was a bit cheaper, I think I'd have that, even though I just spent £300 on the upgraded OLP. Why didnt I spot this before?
Douglas Posted October 11, 2009 Posted October 11, 2009 (edited) I sold my Sub 4 for £350 a few weeks ago, just remember with your price that it's a buyers market and the fact you can get a decent condition Warwick Corvette 5 standard for £450 if you look in the right place. Also with mine I found the colour would sometimes look black (I had the blue one) do you ever find this? Very nice SUB though, I will always have a soft spot for them since my old one. Guest johnzgerman Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 its tea time and its still here:)
Ghosts Over Japan Posted November 23, 2009 Posted November 23, 2009 I've got a SUB 5 and also considered selling it recently but OUCH this has been here for some time now! and its a good price for the quality you get! Hopefully this sells!
maxrossell Posted December 5, 2009 Posted December 5, 2009 I reckon you wanna be looking at eBaying this one. I've seen a few Subs go for decent money on there recently.
Guest Lee Van Cleef Posted December 6, 2009 Posted December 6, 2009 If I had the money I'd get this, want to get a 5 string at some point and this one is a beauty. Oh well. GL with the sale.
Hutton Posted December 6, 2009 Posted December 6, 2009 SUB basses are excellent. This is a fair price for this. I'm a four string player otherwise I would have this. All the best to you!
