Looking for a volume/tone knob style

I'm having a custom build by Jon Shuker and am trying to work out what knobs to use.

I saw some on a bass that were grey, looked like they were made of rubber with a White line on the top of them. They weren't smooth/round but were hexagonal, tall and thin.

Any ideas?
