Custom Flightcase manufacturers?

Hey guys.

I am looking to get a set of flightcases made up for my Pedulla..... and maybe another Pedulla (More on that at somepoint).

Basically, i am looking for something far stronger then a traditional hardcase, But just as light (If it exists) I'll be putting the Pedulla through the airport soon. What sort of cost is involved and what UK based manufacturers would you recomment?

Any case people that arent in Staffordshire that offer the free foam cutting though? Somewhere close to Bristol would be nice
