Niteeyez Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 Hi all I dabbled off and on in playing the guitar for years, playing the likes of: Epiphone SG Epiphone Les Paul Slash Epiphone SG BC Rich Platinum Warlock (7-string) Squier Affinity Strat Hohner Les Paul I have taken a break of about 2 years from guitar, and am looking to get back into playing. I was always told that my guitar playing was very bass like and my style was very bass oriented and having recently spent some time around basses (don't yet own one) i hav decided to move onto bass. I am 28 (nearly 29) and basically looking for some help, guidance and join the world of Bass musical influences inc: GNR, Alice Cooper, Dire Straights. Very useful to have a foot in both camps. Lots of useful stuff in the 'technique' section and some nice bargains lurking around the BC marketplace. Enjoy the forum! Quote
