where can i get a rack compressor repaired

basically i had an aphex 661 and ebayed it. when i sent it it was working perfect. a week after i sent it the guy complains that its not working etc. so i recieved it back and all the pots were jammed and grinding and there's just white noise coming from it. is it worth fixing and where could i get it done? i'm based in south wales but i don't mind sending it to be repaired.
