I can only assume he thought selling the combo with a missing speaker wouldn't work so thought he would carve it up - or - he removed parts to clean it up etc and couldn't/couldn't be bothered/didn't know how to fix it back up!

This guy had the whole amp for sale a couple of months ago, saying it was in full working order but needing work to tidy up. I had a watch on it, but then spotted my MB so obvoiusly it didn't sell then. Even then he was suggesting the speakers would need to be removed for shipping!!
