ped
There seems to be rather a large gap around the front pickup on that badboy.

'SInce buying this I was so amazed by th equality of work so ordered, and now play, a '64 Jazz bass from the same place' Eh? That's like saying 'I was so amazed by the quality of my Skoda, I went out and bought an Aston Martin!'
ARGH
I find myself agreeing with you again Ross - must be more careful. It might have helped had they made it clear it was a piss take on the whole "relic" scene people might not have got so upset - but then maybe they thought people would have the wit to work that out for themselves. Freuds_Cat
Why does this whole thread make me think, the phrase "Who cares, some of you need to get out more"? Its just an instrument....an object. There are bigger things occurring in the world.
+1 who the hell cares if some missguided shop owner in Catford thinks that its OK to potentialy damage his business by letting some of his staff purchase and trash a bass. Then post it on the tube. Alternatively, is this a case of any publicity is good publicity? erm....... I would guess this is an exception to that rule. Now if it was a Shuker? wizbat
Maybe Jon should start offering this option on his basses!

I was whatching american chopper on monday and one of them, basically this fat guy who doesn't do any work and the only reason he has a job is because he is incredibly lucky not only to have a dad who owns a business but also that they decided to single their business out of all the other custom bike shops for a tv show and his antics make good tv. Anyway he smashed up a perfectly good peavey acoustic guitar just for the hell of it Right infront of hartley peavey himself and didn't even bother paying for it. That seems slightly worse in my opinion than this.
