TRadford
Need a small practice amp just to doodle in the house with whilst im learning. Saw this at a good price and would like some feedback (not from the amp hopefully) Seems to be well spec'd and you can add a cab to it if needs be. My brother used to use a laney bass amp and it always seemed quite nice. I think its still in my parents garage somewere, probably not too healthy after being there for over 10 years mind. Any comments??
velvetkevorkian
I had one (bought new) which I subsequently left at someone's house and have never bothered going back for. They sound fine for indoor practice, not a lot of low end (never tried a 5 through it) but solidly built. Unremarkable but definitely usable. Im also a bit worried about it blowing my house up, what with being out there for 10+years. Its not the driest, cleanest garage in the world! neepheid
It works, it's nothing spectacular, but it's reasonably portable, has dual active/passive inputs, CD line in and headphone socket. I take it to my drummer's place for "rhythm section homework" and it is enough to make itself heard over dampened drums (mats or reed sticks)
