Gary Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 (edited) Hi All Just wanted to get some opinions from you guys. I you had the opportunity to go to a sunny climate (somewhere not to expensive to get to, Canary Islands for example) and spend a week on a Bass Camp with some high profile bass tutors what would you expect or be prepared to pay? Bear in mind this would include accommodation, meals, maybe some excursions (not flights). Gary Edited September 22, 2009 by Gary Quote
Wil Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 Oh bugger, I read that as bass amp cost! Quote
WILD FROG SHOT Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 (edited) Whoever put £100 - £150 for an entire week surely must survive on Pot Noodle for every meal! Even a bloody Travelodge for 5 nights would cost £280 alone without meals or any bass fun! Edited September 22, 2009 by WILD FROG SHOT Quote

The Funk Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 I'd be willing to pay at the higher end. I was considering the Steve Bailey/Victor Wooten Bass At The Beach thing one year. Quote
cheddatom Posted September 22, 2009 Posted September 22, 2009 for a whole week, all food and drinks included, in a nice place in a decent hotel, £500 would be a steal! Quote
William James Easton Posted September 23, 2009 Posted September 23, 2009 (edited) option of nothing/nil/zero/£0? no joke. *puts tin hat on* why would anyone pay over the odds to go on holiday with one of therr bass idols? this fantasy would be one for the creepy rich fan IMHO. mrcrow Posted September 23, 2009 Posted September 23, 2009 i rate worthwhile holidays at around £100 a day so i voted you a hefty 450 tab since you have to pay flights this should include all meals..full board and some excursions and of course the fees of the pro's enjoy Quote
Golchen Posted September 23, 2009 Posted September 23, 2009 I don't own a passport. Anyone for a long bass weekend in Clacton? Quote
