GreeneKing Posted September 24, 2009 Posted September 24, 2009 I don't know if this has been done before but I don't think so. I love Dr Feelgood. My taste in music is diverse indeed but so far as performing goes I couldn't see myself much happier than playing with 'Wilko Johnson'. I'm listening to 'Back in the Night' as I type and it's not uber sophisticated but as a bassist I'd be ever so happy. It would of course mean replacing Norman Watt-Roy So one band only, no 'clever' answers if you could slot into a band past or present who would it be? Peter Quote
woodyratm Posted September 24, 2009 Posted September 24, 2009 Simples. Rage against the Machine. If i got to use Tim C's stuff. Quote
OldGit Posted September 24, 2009 Posted September 24, 2009 I'd love all of Norm's gigs, Dr Feelgood, Blockheads, Frankie goes to Hollyhead AND several of Family Man's, if that's OK, dear Fairy Godfather, Wailers, Upsetters, Skatilites (did he have that gig?) Quote
TheRev Posted September 24, 2009 Posted September 24, 2009 Past - Free or Jeff Buckley Present - Elbow or John Butler Quote
Clarky Posted September 24, 2009 Posted September 24, 2009 The Ramones* * based on my ability! My favourite band is Metallica but I couldn't manage their stuff Quote
BassAgent Posted September 24, 2009 Posted September 24, 2009 Weather Report, Jamiroquai or Steely Dan. Quote
Rayman Posted September 24, 2009 Posted September 24, 2009 Jamiroquai. I wouldn't be up to the job of course, so I'd give Huey from Fun Lovin' Criminals a call instead. Quote
Sibob Posted September 24, 2009 Posted September 24, 2009 At the moment I'd love to play in Biffy Clyro! I'd also love a stint in Barenaked Ladies I think Si Quote

Hamster Posted September 24, 2009 Posted September 24, 2009 Thin Lizzy - but it might of had an ever so small effect on the band! Quote
