Rehearsal Space in London

Having a bit of a problem finding a rehearsal space for my band the requirements are :
Must be reasonably central , zone 1 or possibly 2
Must be available from 7 onwards
Must provide a backline

This shouldnt be too hard but I've tried Enterpise ( too busy ) , Creekside ( too expensive) and the one by Shepherds Bush market which will only give us from 6 onwards

Anyone got anywhere else I can try ?

The Joint, Kings Cross, tis great.

Survival in North Acton, not far from the tube station, decent backline, drums (no cymbals and bring a HH clutch), PA, four SM58s on stands, decent mirrored rooms and facilities. Really nice people too. About £24 for three hours with kit, £21 without kit.

I've been using The Joint since they opened in 1995. It's a great place, but backline is extra. Survival is also also pretty good and backline is included.
