Fender Mustang + Ibanez TR series??

Well here are 2 basses I found while browsing the bay, looking at items close to me. Saw that Mustang and thought that was worth pointing out although its not my cup of tea. But I also found this Ibanez TR series bass, which I looked around the net and couldnt really find out much about it. Is it like a beginners range of basses from Ibanez?
