Fionn Posted October 4, 2009 Posted October 4, 2009 (edited) Custom Fretless Jazz Bass * Fender Noiseless pickups * Badass II bridge * Schaller tuners * Thomastik flatwound strings * Tusc nut * Allparts maple neck * Ebony fingerboard with fretlines * Ash body (sunburst finish) * 4-ply tortoise-shell scratchplate * comes with a bashed up old hardcase I bought this from "Wildman" some time ago. It's a lovely bass, and plays beautifully. It's a far superior bass to the cheaper fender Jazzes that I've played. The action is perfect and the sound clean. There's a couple of paint chips (see photo) and some little cracks in the finish on the side of the head-stock, otherwise it's tidy. This bass is made from quality parts and could possibly be broken down and re-sold as such, though it would be a crying shame cos she's sexy as she is. This bass is NOT a Fender. It's just a decal on the head-stock that was applied by Wildman. £225 + postage Edited October 12, 2009 by Fionn

You get a better idea of what the fingerboard is like on the third pic.
