kets Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 I have a CIJ Fender Jazz '62 re-issue (Rosewood board), which I had converted to a fretless when I bought it. It was done by the guy who used to work at Sound Control, Edinburgh. Don't remember his name, however he did a fantastic job and replaced the frets with darker pieces of rosewood. I've not really used it a huge amount and would like to convert it back to a fretted bass. It has a few marks on the board from the roundwound strings, but not too bad. Would anyone be interested in swapping my fretless neck for a fretted Fender jazz neck, ideal from another '62 reissue, however I would consider other necks? Thanks
geoffbyrne Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 (edited) I've got a *wide* P bass-type neck logo'd 'Gould' - decent enough neck, but probably too wide for you. However, give me a shout if you're interested. G. Edited October 6, 2009 by geoffbyrne
TDM Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 I have a old MIM jazz neck as well as a Mighty Mite Maple/maple Jazz neck if you're interested?
