JakeBrownBass Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 (edited) I'll give you £50 for the warmoth. Edit; If you think that this is too low then put a price on it. It might be worth £500 to you but £200 to another. Its only worth what someones willing to pay for it! Edited October 12, 2009 by jake_tenfloors
thepurpleblob Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 You missed th obvious selling feature - the dude out of Steely Dan (Tom Barney) played the five string version of the J5. I had a "custom shop" one (check for the little sticker) and it was a very good instrument indeed. I got rid because I can't stand the insanity of two volume controls when blend controls exist. I haven't a clue what it's worth - mine went in a rapid series of trading down starting with a TRB-4p ('p' note) and ending with G&L Tribute. I don't know if that helps. You should really put a price on these though - especially as they are both really obscure.
kurcatovium Posted October 12, 2009 Author Posted October 12, 2009 (edited) jake_tenfloors: I understand what you're pointing out. That is why I'd rather do the trade + cash or whatever. Well, I think posting prices is inevitable so I think about those cash sale prices / prices to to start with in case of trade: ESP: £600 Warmoth: £350 ... And I won't go any lower with that Warmoth! thepurpleblob: My ESP has "ESP Custom Guitars" sticker on back of the headstock. I don't think it means "real" custom shop, though. It is just one really cool MIJ jazz bass on steroids. Edited October 12, 2009 by kurcatovium

Mike Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 FWIW, I love the ESP! I just didn't mention because some sellers hate people just commenting on their threads with little intention to buy.
kurcatovium Posted October 14, 2009 Author Posted October 14, 2009 Diky spidere, dalsi z rad "nasich", ktery prokoukl moji rozdvojenou osobnost... Mike: I love it too, I'll probably keep it and swap Aguilar for Audere which I like much more.

jonsparrow91 Posted January 9, 2010 Posted January 9, 2010 How much money would you need to part with it combined with either an ATK300 for a Fender Jazz V?
