wateroftyne Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 (edited) Hi all It's all confirmed... The North-East Autumn Bass Bash is going to be at 1pm - 5pm on Sunday, 29th November. The location is The Ginger Music Company, at Pelaw, Gateshead, NE10 0HW: It's a great facility - centrally located (handy for central Newcastle, the Tyne Tunnel, A19 & A1), with great parking, a fab room with an easy load-in, and, unlike the last time... refreshments! There is a charge for the hire of the complex at rehearsal room rates, but at this stage I'm hoping we can sort it all out via an old-fashioned whip-round on the day. Early days yet and I'd appreciate everyone's input - this thread is the place for it! If you're planning on coming, leave a note here so I can get an idea of numbers. Thanks! WoT Edited November 29, 2009 by wateroftyne Quote
jacko Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 I'd be interested in coming down for this. i have gigs on the 14th and 20th but could maybe manage the 21st anyway. I need to visit the folks in Blyth sometime soon anyway so it would be a good excuse. Quote
Dread Bass Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 If im still in the North I will be there. Quote
2wheeler Posted October 13, 2009 Posted October 13, 2009 Interested. Please don't make it too soon because I can't do anything until mid November Quote
jacko Posted October 13, 2009 Posted October 13, 2009 Just realised I'm on call the 15th and it's bass day on the 22nd so before or after those two weekends for me I'm afraid. Quote
wateroftyne Posted October 13, 2009 Author Posted October 13, 2009 The 29th is looking likely - I'm just waiting for the phone call that'll confirm it all. Quote

Born 2B Mild Posted October 15, 2009 Posted October 15, 2009 If I'm not too blissed out from the previous Sunday's Bass Day in Manchester, I intend to drive up from Harrogate to the Geordie Bass Bash Quote
spacecowboy Posted October 15, 2009 Posted October 15, 2009 I would have loved that but I'm still down in Portsmouth *wails* Quote
