The Sadowsky straps are a nice compromise between the Comfort/Bouncy neo straps and the wide solid leather straps. Just be aware the short length one, even when fully extended, is pretty damn short (works great with my Bolin but it's under my chin with the Sado bass)!

$75 but buy one get one free. Platypus did this and I bought the second one from him. Everyone is happy.
