Neck through, ash body, Kent Armstrong pups - £454.96 Sounds good on paper, does it sound good through an amp? Sale is over now but does anyone know HK basses? lemmywinks
Didn't shockwave have an HK 7 string? Think he said it was prety good. They do Marleaux style ones, that was the one he had
Golchen
Looks pretty good for the price.
MacDaddy
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/EAGLE-INLAY-SOLID-BU...=item4837d7018a I've found one cheaper £213.51. I'm not sure how good it can be at that price but I'd like to try one.
warwickhunt
Those HK basses are listed regularly on eBay (so don't dive in too quickly) but no idea of quality.
lemmywinks
Here's the 5 string Marleaux style one for £199 http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/HK-5-String-Custom_W...=item1c0d4e71c0
Shockwave
Honestly after my experience? Nice enough to look at, but i discovered that the fretless had misaligned pickups and the neck pocket was really bad on it. Lovely sounds though! I wouldnt get it again. Would make a good spare/chuck-it-in-the-car rehearsal bass.

Construction issues would put me off a bit though, if i had the space for any more basses i'd have probably pulled the trigger on this already Looks like a Warwick style adjustable brass nut too? I bet Marleaux aren't too chuffed though!
